Capital Insight has been appointed by Hills Shire Council to advise on the Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre at Baulkham Hills. The main deliverable is a Capital Expenditure Review (CER), which includes a Business Plan, financial projections, economic/market appraisal, and risk assessment.

This further expands our experience in the culture and leisure sector, and builds on our work with local councils. A concept of the design is provided below.
