Capital Insight has recently completed management of the successful construction and commissioning of the new ($130m) Arts Precinct Project for Macquarie University.

The project result is a fantastic new and upgraded facility for the Faculty of Arts, enabling the consolidation of the majority of the faculty’s departments from around the campus into the new facility, with 3 linked buildings.

Spaces have been created to enhance the unique nature and focus of each department including new teaching, academic and showcase spaces, as well as a new atrium, courtyard, rooftop garden and a combined Australian History, Numismatics and Ancient Cultures Museum.

CI’s role was as Project Manager from Concept Design through to Post Completion, spanning from mid-2016 to mid-2020.
