We are pleased to report the successful completion and opening of Royal Hobart Hospital’s new K-Block.

Capital Insight’s roles included Contract Manager, Project Manager and Principal’s Representative for the $689 million Royal Hobart Hospital Redevelopment, delivering a modern health facility for generations of Tasmanians. This significant project has involved a large team of Capital Insight staff who’ve worked tirelessly on the project, alongside the client and hospital team and many others, since 2011.

The client commissioned four short videos to provide information to patients and their families, on what to expect when they come to hospital, and as an induction and recruitment tool for staff. These short videos celebrate the readiness of K-Block to provide patient services in world-class amenity, with each having a different theme – patient care, support for families, amenity for staff, and the building’s facilities and services.
