Capital Insight is pleased to have been engaged as Project Manager to progress the planning of a 40 bed Extended Care Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit, in a secure environment, at the Gold Coast University Hospital, Queensland.

Our team will project manage the preparation of the Schematic Design and the Detailed Business Case in collaboration with the GCHHS major works project team, building on the concept developed in 2016. We look forward to an inclusive planning process with input from a broad range of stakeholder perspectives.

This is the first new building to be planned for the Gold Coast University Hospital campus since the Hospital was completed in 2013.
