Capital Insight was project manager of the four-storey, 557 bay new Rockhampton Hospital Carpark that opened in March 2019.

The carpark is jointly funded by the state and federal governments and Central Qld Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS).

The project was procured under an AS 4300 D&C contract utilising a Performance Requirements Brief and a reference design. The project also involved civil works for on grade parking around the hospital and the Milroy Street site and a roundabout upgrade to the adjacent local roads.
