Sutherland Council has recently appointed Capital Insight to develop a preliminary business case for the redevelopment of the Sutherland Entertainment Centre (SEC).

The redeveloped SEC will be an exciting and attractive home for performing arts in the Sutherland Shire and will provide a focal point for cultural life in the region.

Capital Insight’s scope of services includes:

• detailed examination of the performing arts market demand and venue requirements
• examination of funding and delivery options, including opportunities for complementary development of the Sutherland Town Centre
• financial and economic analysis and preparation of a preliminary business case.
