As part of Capital Insight’s ongoing professional training, a regular program of internal training sessions are presented in simulcast to staff in our offices in North Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Recently, Brian Farmer, co-founder of Capital Insight nearly 24 years ago, presented on ‘Tender Evaluation and the Contract Award Process’.

The first of three training sessions outlined the legal issues and requirements for the contracting parties, the conditions each type of contract will maximise outcomes and strategies for risk allocation.
