Internal training on negotiation approaches and techniques

Phil Castle, in conjunction with UNSW presented on ‘The Art of Negotiation’ as part of Capital Insight’s ongoing professional training.

The interactive training outlined key objectives for negotiation, including setting clear objectives before the negotiation, realising that a partial outcome may be acceptable, and establishing the basis for future negotiations.

This will further enhance the team’s negotiation skills to achieve better outcomes for our clients through our engagements with the construction and development industry.
