Capital Insight is delighted to report that we recently won the role of Project Manager for a feasibility study into the potential construction of a new Student Hub, Teaching and Fitness Centre project for the University of Queensland (UQ) in Brisbane.

This potential development will ensure that UQ provides state of the art teaching, retail and fitness facilities with all the associated amenities to the highest standards. The buildings will be a vibrant hub for student and staff interaction that integrates student learning with a range of student-facing services. If the project proceeds, it will also involve a significant program of decanting and demolition.

The project continues our other successful projects for UQ, including the Forgan Smith Building (School of Law) major refurbishment project completed in 2016.
