We recently and successfully managed the completion of over $18m of enabling works to facilitate the construction of the new Biological Sciences Building.

The enabling works program featured complex coordination of existing services relocations, replacement of precinct sewer and drainage infrastructure, undertaking works around a high-pressure gas main, construction of a new sub-station, demolition of two sub-stations and critical electricity changeover works. The changeover required complete continuity of business operations at seven facilities including five research buildings and scheduling of business continuity plans for over 500 items of critical equipment.
