    Our Company

    For three decades, Capital Insight has been a trusted national leader in the strategy, planning, delivery and management of high-profile and complex projects that deliver significant community, social or urban benefits. We offer services at every stage of a project’s lifecycle and provide our clients with an experienced and integrated team of professionals that adds value from the outset.

    In recent years Capital Insight has successfully delivered projects across a broad geographical base from Far North Queensland to Tasmania. Our vision is always to be recognised by clients and peers as the pre-eminent advisory and project management organisation in community and socially oriented projects.

      Underpinning this vision are our recent awards:

    • In 2020, the National Project Management award in the Construction/Engineering category for our project management of the UNSW Lower Campus Sciences and Engineering Precinct project.
    • In 2016, the Construction/Engineering Award and the overall Project of the Year Award for our project management of the very successful Westmead Institute for Medical Research project.
    • In 2014, the National Project Management award for construction projects over $100 million, together with a State first in NSW for the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse cancer hospital and second in Queensland for the Gold Coast University Hospital.
