Capital Insight has been engaged by Health Infrastructure to project manage the planning of a $25 million expansion of the Emergency Department at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. The ED is busy and ‘landlocked’ which will make this a good challenge.

Our role is to prepare a preliminary and final business case, and to manage the development of a masterplan, concept design and schematic design in collaboration with the design team. We are leading an inclusive consultation process to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved.
