In recognition of our experience in preparing business cases, we have recently been appointed to undertake assurance reviews for two Queensland Health projects. The aim is to advise on the health of the project and identify areas for improvement, so they are ‘assured’ to be robust and accurate before progressing to the Investment Review Committee.

This engagement furthers our involvement in health projects in Queensland over many years, including recent projects such as the Gold Coast Secure Mental Health Unit and Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service business cases, plus works at Atherton and Rockhampton Hospitals.
